86 Winspear Ave Zoning Variance Update

The Zoning Board of Appeals is holding a public hearing to consider zoning variances associated with the proposed construction of a 3-story, 6-unit apartment building on the footprint of an existing detached garbage located at 86 Winspear Avenue. No on-site parking is proposed.

We encourage those who are able to attend the Zoning Board’s Zoom meeting to dial-in and share their opinion.
