Dear Community Partner,
I am writing to let you know about some exciting changes taking place this year to our long-running UB on the Green Concert Series. This year, we were presented with an opportunity to partner with the Insane Inflatable 5K Run here on South Campus to reach even more of the community.
This means we will be focusing on a one-day event on Friday, August 9th from 5 to 8pm in conjunction with the registration for the race. We will still be using the event as an opportunity for organizations to table and are excited to continue partnering with you to reach our broader community.
In order to sign up to table, please email Community Relations with the following information:
- Organization Name
- Contact Person’s Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Contact Email
- Brief description of tabling subjects or activities
- Special considerations you will need (access to power, extra tables/chairs, etc.)
Please let us know if you would like a table at the event at your soonest possible convenience. We provide one table and two chairs to all tabling organizations. We will release exact location information closer to the event.
