Phillips Lytle LLP announced the addition of Christopher Hayes as special counsel, based in the firm’s Buffalo office. As a member of Phillips Lytle’s Data Security & Privacy Team, he will focus his practice on data security, cybersecurity, and policy evaluation and preparedness. Mr. Hayes joins a team of more than 20 Data Security & Privacy attorneys across Phillips Lytle’s footprint.
